Push Prop Knee
Start in a good side control position with - in this case - your left elbow on the floor against your opponent’s neck.
Slide your right hand across your opponent’s waist, until it is on the other side of his hips.
Grab the material of his gi pants, where his change pocket would be. For the no-gi variation, simple place your hand on the floor to block his hips.
Switch your hips to sit on your left butt cheek, thus replacing your right hand with your left knee.
Grab the material of his gi pants (on the leg closest to you), where his cargo pocket would be. For the no-gi variation, place the palm of your hand against this same spot on his leg.
Push his legs away from you, collapsing them together.
Slide your knee across his waist until it is on the other side of your body. Your knee should stay low so as to slide underneath your right arm.
